KOTA KINABALU: The Public Complaints Bureau (Biro Pengaduan Awam) under the Prime Minister’s Department has shifted
its office to 5th Floor Menara UTC here.
It will fully operate from the Sabah Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) building
beginning December 16 this year.
